| Abstract |
In this report, we will present
an idea for fire safety design called "Block Division and Dynamic Control"
for large-scale mixed use development such as super high-rise buildings.
On the Basis of this idea, we will present the fire safety requirements
for dividing such buildings into units which are independent in terms
of fire protection and evacuation. We will also point out the problems
associated with the development of fire protection measures in super high-rise
buildings. In addition, we will present a case study of a 550 meter-high,
super high-rise building.
